Office Manager

DESCRIPTION:
The Office Manager’s role is to manage and ensure the accuracy of the company’s financials, reporting, and administrative duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Office Manager performs all of the following duties:
• All accounts payables functions.
• All accounts receivable functions.
• Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures.
• Bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Cash flow reporting.
• Handling incoming calls and incoming mail.
• Controlling correspondence.
• All human resources and payroll functions.
• Year-end preparation.
• Filing all GST, payroll tax, US sales tax, and corporate tax installments.
• Maintain update all the Business license and franchise tax.
• Benefits or insurance plan administration.
• Preparing letters, presentations and reports.
• Yearly filing and administration.
• Invoicing and posting deposits.
• Asset tracking.
• Implement all human resources related company policies.
• Ensure filling systems are maintained and current.
• Ensure payment of utility and services bills.
• Keep update customer records.
• Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
• Provide general support to visitors.

• Experience in an administrative role.
• Knowledge of software packages.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
• Previus office-based, secretarial or customer-facing work experience is essenctial.(at least 2 years)
• Excellent written and verbal comunication Skills Proven analytical, evaluative and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional customer service orientation.
• Excellent understanding of the organizations goals and objetives.
